Every line is held in our own warehouses, picked and checked in house, and delivered on your route day, so a confirmed function is never waiting on a supplier.
Catering runs in peaks. We hold volume on fast-moving ambient lines so a large function does not clear our shelf, and your weekly route day lets you build an order against a confirmed booking rather than buying at retail the day before.
Ingredients, packaging and cleaning chemicals on one order, one delivery and one invoice, so a whole function is sourced from a single account.
Deliveries run on weekly scheduled routes, so each account has a set delivery day. We do not currently deliver into KwaZulu-Natal, the Eastern Cape or the Free State.

The FSA requirements were compiled from the current versions of SANS 10049 for prerequisite programmes, SANS 10330 for HACCP and ISO 22000, together with applicable South African law and compulsory specifications. If you run a supplier audit or are putting a contract out to tender, ask and we will send the certificate through.
